If you’re here, you’re likely struggling with your body.
Maybe you’re feeling:
-
insecure about your body
-
burnt out and exhausted from trying diet after diet
-
unhappy with your body, no matter what you’ve tried
-
tired of all the shame and your inner critic beating you down
-
overwhelmed by other people’s opinions about your body
-
frustrated with a lifetime of trying to change your body + having a negative relationship with food
-
afraid of gaining weight
It’s possible to transform your relationship with your body + food.
In eating disorder recovery, it’s highly recommended to work with a team that believes in and follows the practices of intuitive eating and the health at every size (HAES) approach.

Health at Every Size
Described as anti-diet and weight-inclusive, the intent is to restore your relationship with food and your body from a place of self-care while also understanding that dieting does not work and weight is not correlated with health.
The journey toward healing your relationship with food and your body is one of both unlearning and learning. It’s about letting go of the harmful messages society has taught us about body size, dieting, and weight. It’s about releasing the blame and shame we’ve placed on ourselves for not fitting unrealistic beauty standards.
At the same time, it’s a journey of learning — discovering the freedom and self-acceptance we were never taught was possible. It’s about recognizing that our bodies were never the problem and embracing a path of healing grounded in self-compassion and empowerment.
Together, we explore the strength found in community and the transformative process of breaking free from diet culture. Liberation and self-acceptance are within reach — and you don’t have to walk this path alone.
