About Me.

My therapy style is collaborative, engaging, and compassionate. I integrate both individual and systemic perspectives, and I believe that connection can be an essential part of the healing process. My work draws on contemporary relational and evidence-based approaches, including liberation health, psychodynamic, and attachment-based frameworks.
